What’s Included:
All clay, glazes, apron and basic tools are provided during the class. At the end, you’ll choose a glaze from our glaze board, and we’ll glaze your pieces for you. While we encourage creativity, we ask that you only fire the pieces you truly love to support sustainability. The studio will fire 1 piece per student, with each piece no larger than 10 cm in diameter and 13 cm in height, or larger and more pieces can be fired for an additional cost ( click firing policy here)
Your finished pieces will be ready for collection about 5 weeks after the course ends, but sometimes it may take a little longer. We’ll email you when your work is ready. Please collect your pieces within 4 weeks of receiving the email, as we unfortunately can’t store them for longer. If you are not collected within that time, we’ll give them to charity shops due to limited shelf space.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you book with a discount, the course is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled at any time.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the course start date, you’ll receive a full refund, be offered a rescheduled course, or be given a gift code to use later, with a £5 booking fee deduction.
For cancellations made 20-29 days before the course, a 50% refund will be issued, and a £5 booking fee deduction.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 20 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
Gift Cards are non-refundable
