Membership Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Before joining Trace Ceramics Studio, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our membership cancellation and renewal policy. We want to make sure everything is clear from the beginning so you can choose the membership plan that works best for you.

Automatic Renewal

All memberships renew automatically according to your selected billing plan unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal date, subject to any minimum commitment period.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your membership, please make sure to do so before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid further payments.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable, including when a membership has renewed because it was not cancelled in time. You can continue enjoying your membership benefits until the end of your paid period.

Early Cancellation of 3-Month & 6-Month Memberships

Our 3-month and 6-month membership plans offer discounted monthly rates in return for a minimum commitment.

If you decide to end your membership before completing your agreed term, you will need to pay the difference between the discounted rate and the standard monthly rate for the months already used. Any outstanding balance must be settled as part of the early cancellation process.
